Every session begins with a Copenhagen-inspired sparkling botanical tea - our way of setting the tone before the blending begins.

Small groups, real attention

Up to eight guests means everyone gets proper time with the botanicals, the blending and Brian. Relaxed enough that it never feels like a class.

Explore the botanicals

Work through the Mill House botanical collection by smell and taste. No right or wrong answers - just curiosity and a lot to discover.

Hands-on blending

You don't just watch - you make. Choose your botanicals, learn the blending method and create something entirely your own.

Take it home

You leave with a pouch of the blend you made and a recipe card so you can recreate it whenever you like.
